I love being educated by Christine. Even if the subject is not applicable to me at that time I pass information I've learnt to others who can use it. Sometimes they tell me they told someone else the information I gave them or they ring me up to ask me how I learnt all about this. I found out about the granny flat legislation from Christine and now my son owns the block of land I'm about to build a house on. What I love about the granny flat legislation is that my son (who was willing to give me half of his liver to save my life) will get his inheritance - I'm so pleased that my daughter who tricked my Uncle out of $275,000 when he had alzheimers won't get my money when I die. However Centrelink told me to get a medical certificate to make sure someone doesn't claim I was not mentally sound when making this decision. Good point. What irks me is that Solicitors I've mentioned the granny flat legislation to tell me that I have to build in my son's backyard and at a community legal forum they told everybody I got it wrong. Well Christine you got it right and Centrelink agree. So thanks Christine. It's amazing how being informed can make such a huge difference in one's life. Keep up the good work. Regards M
